Shipping
Sleek Identity products come directly from international designers and small manufacturers. We try to keep a big inventory in the US but some objects may require some additional time to make it to your home. If we do not have your item in stock, we will let you know via email. We normally ship UPS ground (averages five working days) and USPS Priority for international. If time is an issue, please contact us as info@sleekidentity.com and we will do all that we can to find a solution. Sleekidentity.com is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Free Shipping On Orders Over $100
Most orders totaling over $100, pre tax, qualify for complimentary shipping. Some products may incur a shipping surcharge depending on their weight. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Mail and the free shipping offer is only valid in the Continental United States. We will not ship for free to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. FREE SHIPPING does not apply to International Orders.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product(s), please contact us immediately via email at info@sleekidentity.com within five working days of shipment receipt to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within five days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after five working days of delivery cannot be processed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped in California residents only. Sales tax, if required, is applied at checkout.
For shipment outside of the US
All international shipments include a commercial invoice. You might need to pay additional brokerage fees and duties and taxes in your country. We have no control over the international brokerage and duty fees.
Returns
Purchases can be returned for a full refund, less shipping and 10% restocking fee, within 21 days from delivery date as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with the original packing, inserts, tags etc. also in their original condition. Prior to returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form from Sleek Identity by emailing us at info@sleekidentity.com with the details of the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. You should receive an email with instructions within 7 days from the receipt of your request. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: Sleek Identity, 3108 5th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be refunded.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at info@sleekidentity.com within 24 hours of their purchase if the order has not been shipped.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use sleekidentity.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Sleekidentity.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Errors & Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Sleek Identity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Sleek Identity shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sleek Identity shall issue a credit refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price and the product order will be cancelled.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and To Site
Sleek Identity reserve the absolute right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification. If you disagree with any changes to the terms, your sole recourse is to stop using this site. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Fitzsu reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.
